Delivery Information

We can deliver to the following UK regions: Mainland UK including England, Wales & Scottish Border regions. We DO NOT cover the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Islands. Please contact us if you wish to get our products delivered to such areas.

Delivery Charges
For orders under £99, delivery charge is £12.50 + VAT.
We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders worth £99 or more.

Delivery Times
Delivery from Coffee & Cheese Limited will typically be 1 working day from when you placed and paid your order. Depending on your delivery address, the following conditions apply:


London and surrounding areas (inside M25)
 If you place your order and pay for it by 4pm on a working day (Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays), we will endeavour to deliver the following working day (Tuesday to Friday) with our temperature controlled vans. If you order and/or pay for your order after 4pm, we may deliver your order in 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Mainland UK (outside M25)
 If you place your order and pay for it by 11am on a working day (Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays), we will endeavour to dispatch on that day. If you order and/or pay for your order after 11am, we may dispatch your order on the following working day (Mon-Thu). Deliveries usually happen from Tuesday to Friday.

Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional cost, and will depend on availability. Please contact us if you wish to get your order on a Saturday.
​Sunday deliveries are not available.

Delivery of Chilled items
We aim to get chilled foods to you in the best condition possible, this is why orders with chilled items will always be sent on a next working day service, but to avoid the products being at above +8°C before delivery, they will only be sent on working Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure you receive your order within 24 hours (if that is a working day) after dispatch.

After receiving your parcel with chilled items, please make sure you store your products between +2°C and +8°C immediately.

Temperature controlled packaging
 We pack items that require chilling in high quality cool bags along with special ice packs. This will ensure your chilled goods are preserved at less than +5°C for at least 48 hours.

Special Terms and Conditions for Chilled Items
Orders placed over the internet have the protection of the 'Distance Selling Regulations', which are intended to ensure that you are not ripped off by unscrupulous online traders. Generally this means you will have the right to return goods that are faulty or sent in error, etc. However, there are some parts of our service which are exempt from these regulations, in particular regarding chilled products, which are not returnable by their nature. This is explained below.

In our Terms and Conditions you must accept the following reasonable points:

1. You have invited us to send chilled goods to you at your request, in the knowledge of the possibility that the goods may be delayed in transit and/or may travel in conditions where they are not chilled as recommended by the manufacturer.

2. You accept that the products are safe for periods of time even when not chilled below 5 degrees.

3. You accept that we endeavor to send parcels with chilled items as fast as possible, but that you have a responsibility to provide an accurate address for delivery and to be available, or to arrange to have someone available to take the parcel(s) in for you and place chilled item(s) in a fridge or chiller. You indemnify us against any liability for the products in cases where they cannot be delivered by errors or omissions in the delivery information you provide to us or if a driver is unable to leave the parcel at the address you have provided regardless of 'no signature required' stickers or messages to leave without signatures'.

4. You agree that you have a responsibility to inspect your products for signs that they may be unfit for consumption and report any concerns within 24 hours.
